Amidst great applause, the Red Cross project "How are you?" was launched, developed in collaboration with OTW and with the support of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners. In a series of films, a group of young girls discuss what it's like to feel bad, why it happens sometimes, and what can be done to make it feel better.

The launch event took place at Biopalatset in Borlänge municipality, the city where the girls in the films are from, and the evening was moderated by OTW's Creative Director Paul Jerndal, who also directed the films.

"Hanging out and creating together with these girls has been incredibly beautiful. Their openness, drive, and natural way of talking about how they feel are both inspiring and encouraging. The dream is that friends, families, classmates, teammates - everyone - should dare to talk more with each other about how they're doing," says Paul.

Indigo - the catalyst in nationwide campaign about mental health.

For one week Indigo was screened free online to people in Sweden and that marked the start of #Otillräcklig. Aftonbladet along with actress Cecilia Forss and director Paul Jerndal started this nation wide campaign to make people "start talk about it". Cecilia and Paul did lots of interviews, wrote a debate article and launched a Podcast where they used their own personal experiences and the film Indigo to help inspire people to reflect and talk more about their inside. Aftonbladet also published ten different stories with Swedish celebrities opening up their hearts and shared their stories about anxiety, self esteem to encourage others to start “talking about it”.

Exclusive Indigo screening at Soho House - West Hollywood.

At the members club Soho House, West Hollywood in Los Angeles an invited audience gathered for the first screening of Indigo. In the private cinema people from the industry was introduced to film by director Paul Jerndal who talked about the importance of reflecting about your inside.

From One Island To Another - exhibition at F12 Terassen in Stockholm.

The invited crowd were welcomed at F12 and were encouraged at the door to think about the largest contrasts in their personal lives. To summer beats from DJ Pau, people mingled around viewing selected photographs from the project at the terrace. At a certain point the beats created a more artsy atmosphere and New York melted into Gotland. The guests were welcomed downstairs into The Studio where the sound turned into a hint of the song Sky by Frida Sundemo. The main creator of the project, director Paul Jerndal introduced the From One Island To Another and spoke about the importance of reflecting about individual perspectives.

After the film was screened, the creators of the project were welcomed on stage and together they finished the presentation by throwing pine needles all over the audience. Simultaneously strobe lights started and beats from the DJ made the pine needles appear in slow motion reflecting how they are used in the film.

"The balance in our lives is crucial. Most of us think about our outside for hours every day. We worry about how we look, what people think of us and how good we are in all exterior aspects BUT very seldom do we work on our inside - how we really feel," Paul Jerndal.

"We need perspective to start seeing our lives from different angles. By working with filmic elements that at first seem very constrating within this project, I hope people will be inspired to start reflecting deeper within their own lives."

These reflections continue in another project called Indigo - where lots of the same creators from this project are involved. Check it out
